Headingley is a laid-back suburb of Leeds in West Yorkshire, just 2 miles along the A660 from the city centre.
The town is famous for Headingley Stadium complex, the home of Emerald Headingley Cricket Ground and Headingley Rugby Stadium, where Yorkshire County Cricket Club, rugby league team Leeds Rhinos and rugby union team Leeds Carnegie are based.
Headingley is also where Beckett Park campus, part of Leeds Metropolitan University, is based, where students come from all over the world to study.
The oldest golf club in Leeds also calls Headingley home. It’s a challenging but enjoyable course with a rural setting, just a few short miles from the centre of the city.
The area isn’t just about sport though, there are plenty of amazing food and drink venues here, with plenty of traditional pubs to choose from. If you fancy something a bit different though, we have the first Malaysian Bistro in Leeds.
The Boundary Hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants, bars and cinemas, with the Birdcage Club, Oceana, The Cockpit, The HiFi Club, Yorkshire Playhouse, The Grand and O2 Academy all make for a great night out, with something for everyone.
There are many tourist attractions near to us, such as the Royal Armouries, Kirkstall Abbey, Harewood House, Temple Newsam, Tropical World, Kirkgate Market, Corn Exchange, Victoria Quarter, the Henry Moore Gallery Leeds, City Art Gallery, Thackray Medical Museum and Leeds City Museum.
