The Boundary is steeped in history and has a very warm and relaxing atmosphere to welcome our guests. The building was originally a privately-owned, three story Edwardian house that dates back to the early 1900s. 

We’re perfectly situated in the heart of Headingley with Leeds city centre being less than 2 miles away from us. We overlook the world-famous international Headingley Stadium complex, that is home to Emerald Headingley Cricket Ground and Headingley Rugby Stadium that adjoins it.

Our rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, creating a home away from home atmosphere, which is ideal for both business and pleasure visits. Many of our rooms also have private en-suite bathrooms. Book online today or give us a call for availability.

Our breakfasts are well known for providing a great way to start the day, setting you up for a good day’s work, sightseeing or seeing a sporting event. 

At just £7.00 per head, when purchased on arrival, it’s also amazing value.

Whilst our lounge bar is a perfect place to relax in the evening after a busy day.
